Services Culture Emerges At Sony

When I first heard Ann Mulcahy refer to Xerox as a services company, I was in disbelief. Now, discussions of how to lead with services fill the halls of many traditional technology companies. We wondered what might be the case at Sony? ServicesRevenue’s Sid Saleh sat down with Dan Wiersma, Senior Vice President of Sony’s Professional Services organization.
